The lead form
If you send the form, we collect the fields you fill in: first name, last name, phone, email, city or ZIP, the type of water problem, and your message. Phone is required so we can call you back about the job. We use that information only to respond, schedule, and perform water extraction and restoration work you asked for.
A hidden field is included to catch automated spam. If that field is filled, we ignore the submission.
This page does not send your form to a third-party form vendor. In the browser, a successful send shows a confirmation and logs the request locally so our team can connect a backend later. Treat anything you type as information meant for All Dry Indy.
Calls
If you tap Call 317-286-2374, your phone places the call. We use that conversation to dispatch a local crew. We do not run a call center in another state.

How long we keep it
Job and contact records stay as long as we need them to finish the work, meet insurance or bookkeeping needs, and answer a question about a job we ran. If you want a record updated or removed and we are not required to keep it, call 317-286-2374.
