The lead form
If you send the form, we collect the fields you fill in: first name, last name, phone, email, city, ZIP, the type of water problem, and your message. Name, phone, and ZIP are required so we can call you back about the job. Email is optional on the short form and is left out when blank. The longer forms still require email. We use that information only to respond, schedule, and perform water extraction and restoration work you asked for.
A hidden field is included to catch automated spam. If that field is filled, we ignore the submission.
On the live site, a successful send is posted to our office system at crm.alldryindy.com. The confirmation shows a reference number for that request. Preview copies of this page do not send the form to that system. Treat anything you type as information meant for All Dry Indy.
Calls
If you tap Call 317-743-7682, your phone places the call. We use that conversation to dispatch a local crew. We do not run a call center in another state.
Ads and measurement
This page is built for Google Ads. The Google Ads tag (AW-971003374) is in the page HTML so Google can verify the site. Call taps and confirmed form sends are recorded as conversions only on water.alldryindy.com. Preview copies do not record conversions. The tag may use cookies or similar storage to see which ads led to a request. Google’s advertising privacy details are on Google’s site. We do not use that measurement to build a public profile of you.
We also store the ad click and campaign values from your first visit in this browser for 90 days, along with the page you landed on and the site that referred you. Later ad click IDs replace the earlier ones. That record is sent with the form so we can tell which ad produced the request. It is not required to submit the form.
You can limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings, and through Google’s ad settings. Turning off tags does not stop us from answering a phone call.
When you call us or send us a request after seeing one of our Google ads, we share limited contact information with Google Ads so we can measure which ads lead to real jobs. For a phone call, that is your phone number and the time of the call. For a web request, that is the ad click ID from your visit plus your phone number and email address, which are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent. We do not share your street address, the details or price of your job, or anything about your property. Google uses this information to report on and improve the results of our advertising, under Google’s own terms. If you reached us without seeing or agreeing to our notice, we share only the ad click ID from your visit (a code for the ad click, not for you), and no phone number or email address. We do not use it to send you marketing text messages, and we do not sell it.
Text message opt-in data and consent are separate. They are never sold or shared with Google or anyone else. Your choice to receive or stop text messages does not change this section.
To ask that we not share your information with Google for ad measurement, call 317-743-7682 and give your name and phone number. We will stop any sharing that has not yet happened for your request. We cannot take back information already sent. Opting out does not affect your estimate or service.
What we do not do
We do not sell lead-form information. We do not rent your phone number. We share details with an insurer or adjuster only when you ask us to work a claim on that loss.
How long we keep it
Job and contact records stay as long as we need them to finish the work, meet insurance or bookkeeping needs, and answer a question about a job we ran. If you want a record updated or removed and we are not required to keep it, call 317-743-7682.
